Ground Trainer knows it, Fire Trainer knows it and the stupid Ice trainer who has like 3 dragons has it too. it's pretty hard like that.

Reminds me of a hack rom where I picked the psychic starter and every NPC had feint attack and knock off.
That I consider EQ an amazing move doesn't mean I don't hate its distribution though. It is annoying that certain mons that have no bussiness shaking the ground get it. Same thing goes for stealth rock, toxic, ice beam, knock off and many others I'm probably forgetting.

Dark is pretty shit these days, fairy types are everywhere and psychic / ghost types are rarely ever seen in OU. Knock off and specs ash ninja Dark pulse is about the only thing it has going in OU
