Have one for HG and did the one for Sun the other month. Was super pissed to find out there was no national dex in gen 7. Considering doing either the X or OR one for gen 6 in the mean time. Will do one for the Ultra games if they have a national dex but if they don't they can fuck themselves.
Heart Gold pokedex was one of the most fun things in the games and brought a genuine sense of satisfaction when I got it.

Twice, in Black 2 and X.

I tried completing my Dex in Sun, but I never got to in the end because SM really doesn't motivate or inspire me to do so.

I'm not a fan of this thing. On the one hand it makes dealing with the 800+ little shits a bit easier but it feels like you're only doing part of a dex. Also no decent pokemon viewer in it is a let down.

Full living up to 6, and a full regular on Sun

Every generation it's possible baby.
Still salty about no Arceus for gen 4 but I usually count event legendaries as option from pre-gen 5 since it was pretty tough to get them.
I even bought Pokémon Ranger and Channel for my legit Manaphy and Jirachi.

I have a friend getting back into the games since GSC and he's playing Diamond and his team choices and lack of Pokédex care make my 'tism spasm like nothing else

In other words you don't have them all since Magearna and Marshadow.

Marshadow hasn't been released in most of the world yet, but you've no excuse for Magearna since the QR Code has no end date because it just activates code in the game itself.
