Manectric is in a lower tier than Jolteon, with worse stats in everything but attack (which it will never use) and HP. Only thing normal Manectric has over Jolteon is flamethrower.

What we need to do is buff Manectric, them a BST of 540 and 640, respectively.

Any couple of 2 eeveelutions can pass all their moves to its sons.Then you can breed Flareon+Vaporeon and turn the baby into a Jolteon with Ice Beam + Hydro Pump + Fire Blast.

Ice Beam and Earth Power would instantly make it better than every other Electric type in the game.
