There's very few cards that got banned because they were absolutely broken in the format they were on, but I personally think this is one of the most cancerous due to the decks it spawned even though it didn't get banned

Actually pretty garbage. Assuming you don't pile energy on, and you shouldn't pile energy on, you're not doing more than 90 damage, 120 with Choice Band. Second attack isn't worth even talking about. GX attack that cuts through effects is nice, but too situational. And being weak to Psychic is garbage in the Garb meta.

Most powerful in terms of attack power would be any of the more recent cards that have 300 damage attacks, but none of those are really particularly viable since they require too much setup. Most powerful in general that'll actually see play, probably a tie between Guardians Rising Garbodor, and Tapu Lele, because their potential attack power combined with effects that have reshaped the meta in ways that few other cards can claim to have done.
Strongest non-Pokemon is probably Juniper/Sycamore just because that much guaranteed draw power is ridiculous. Computer Search is close, but being an Ace Spec (one per deck) left it not as powerful imo. If we're going all the way back to Base Set, there were so many broken cards, plus no limits on Trainer use. Could spam Oaks and Bills, four Computer Search, Super Energy Removal was so ridiculous it got banned in Japan.

Evolutions really got fucked over in recent years. Power creep sucks ass. Personally I'd love to see the Lost Zone return, although less than I did since VS Seeker is now rotating.
