Yeah, all those seem incredibly useful. Normal/Steel might have a niche use on a defensive mon as a Steel type that is immune to Ghost, considering it only increases its Fighting weakness.

you know as well as me that if they actually made a fast ice electric type it'd be a physical attacker who's strongest STAB moves are ice fang and wild charge with coverage so shit it's forced to run volt switch and return in it's other moveslots (the former running off a base 45 sp-atk)
