Build a whole team around the strategy. Two Thunder Wave users, one of which should have Stealth Rock/(Toxic) Spikes, whatever. Then you get yourself a Jirachi with Iron Head, Heart Stamp, Body Slam, and U-Turn. Throw in a Nasty Plot Togekiss and any other two pokemon with 30% chance flinch moves, like Icicle Crash, Iron Head, nothing under 30% like Dark Pulse. Maybe even a Tornadus-T to confuse fuck people as well. As someone who's seriously tried this strategy the trick is not to make your team too weak to Fire, because most pokemon with flinch moved are Fire-weak. Be sure to post your replays here.
