I'm not working in the translation team or something similar to this, but I can say that I have basic knowledge about this game.

> new pokemon are added to the regional dex like tyranitar and shuckle, Kalos Starters are distributed in game after the first gym in hau'oli city
> new alola forms, this time only johto pokemon, like alola shuckle which is water/rock
> more appearances of past characters like Blaine and candice, candice is constantly bothered by the hot climate of Alola
> Battle tree got massively expande
