man mega swampert in rain is some shit. counters are so scarce and situational. you need to switch a weather stopper or changer in. most of the time it's charizardY, which means you need to not only have it mega evolved before switching, you also have to take a still respectable amount of damage from waterfall even in the sun. and then factor in potential (likely) stealth rock damage.

If you have a Drizzle pelipper with a damp rock and hurricane + u-turn I recommend rock slide, stone edge or superpower instead of rain dance. That way you'll get more coverage.
