You fucking nerd. You fucking suck. Fuck you. Kill your fucking self.Did I bully right?
I don't see the point of repeating the same starters, so there's extras here. Definitely bully.

Horrible taste, ugh.
I was a bit lazy with this one. The worst thing about me is that I only go through one playthrough each game, so I don't really experiment with a lot of the starters.
Yeah, bit of a fire fag and not even a Water type in sight. Something about Water types just doesn't click with me. But when someone asks me to remember a water starter, I dunno, Squirtle or Totodile line comes to mind. I guess I grew to like their designs. Chikorita line, that one was a special case. Same with Chespin line. I picked Rowlet hoping for that same nostalgic feeling I had with the other two. At the same time, it makes me think I should have tried out a lot more Grass starters.
It's hard for me to pick a overall starter given that each has its own reason to be memorable. Chikorita line (Meganium in specific) was a really great partner, even if kinda frail and I really enjoyed its company around. Chesnaught was a bit of the same with the 4x weakness, but was more of a powerhouse and I still liked having it around and thought of the design as cute. Rowlet line was oddly a bit more resistant and I really liked Dartrix (a whole lot) and the odd type combination in the end was a great chance for me to give it a chance over the rest. Fire starters are a bit of a obvious reason, they became really reliable for me and a great powerhouse for me as well.
>>32994044
Replace Turtwig with Snivy and this is 100% correct.
>not including all stages
Based on the whole lines, not just final stages. Favorite grass and Unova choice change based on that.
>>32994904
>Pidgeot
What happened here? Boxfag or simply let down by a pick? Or was Pidgeot simply one of those mons that became more important to you than any of the starters?
>>32993407
Charmander
Cyndaquil
Treeko
Piplup
Snivy
Froakie
Rowlet
Treeko
Cyndaquil
Tototdile (favorite water starter, not favorite johto starter)
Cyndaquil
>>32994951
I never cared much for all of the Kanto starters, and Pidgeot has carried me through so many games and romhacks that I just grab it and box the starter whenever they're the Kanto ones. It's available so early and evolves at levels similar to a starter's while having relatively similar, balanced stats, so it feels just like one too.
>>32994982
Pretty decent taste, mate. Switch out Charmander for Bulbasaur and Treecko for Mudkip and your taste is perfect. That being said, Charmander and Treecko are my second choices for Kanto/Hoenn starters, so great taste all around.
>>32994044
Replace the Piplups in the top and middle rows with Totodile and you got my list
>all this Popplio, Totodile, and Froakie love
/vp/ pulled through for once
Threads like these never cease to amaze me. I find it extremely difficult to accept that people could genuinely enjoy things I hate so much.
>>32993407
great template OP
>>32994065
you've got three good picks from Hoenn to Unova, but everything else ranges from mediocre to irredeemably terrible
everything's based on the line as a whole, like I hate chimchar but love infernape and grovyle is meh but treecko, sceptile and mega sceptile are fantastic
fire snake fucking when
>>32996192
I don't like your taste but damn, you really don't know how to resize images, do you?

>>32996262
Gen 2 and 3 have by far the shittiest starters
I don't really care much for Fire starters and I don't care about the gen 7 starters very much at all. Emboar at least is fun to use in-game. I'll just rate the favorite starter final evo of each gen.

Yeah im a big boxfag
My first starter was blaziken and i hated it.
While playing every gen and every game from that gen, i just chosen the water starter (boxed the second i reach the PC) so the rival picks the shitty grass one.

>>32993407
My favorites. A shame that the Fire types never really stood out to me. Also I don't particularly like any of the Unova starters, but if I had to "pick my poison" it'd be Serperior.
Empoleon is just really cool though. So many resistances in Gen 4.
>>32994044
Now THIS is taste
>>32994065
The fuck do you mean you "don't see the point". If your favourite starter is Primarina then that is necessarily also your favourite water starter. Interpreting it any other way is just being wilfully obtuse.
>>32999770
>vore
What the fuck?
