Seriously tho, I'm a barafag and I personally do not hate the rowlet line. And in the anime I honestly think it has the highest chance of evolving. Don't even let the comedic memes get you, I didn't really believe it myself before and My mind set months ago kept on saying rowlet is simply a joke Mon and denied any evidence of any other person or pokemon in the anime doing the same thing. But after I stayed away from the internet and /vp/ for awhile, I became abit more open minded. And finally noticed that rowlet isn't the only one acting comedic or cute in the anime, I ignored all the Wildcats that kept on saying it's a comedy relief anime. I can literally tell you every moment a pokemon that wasn't rowlet did something comedic and looked cute doing it. Hek Ash literally turned into Ash in the last episode. That on it's own should tell you that this series is made for comfy, silly, and wacky gags. And rowlet is just another victim of it. Look at kalos ash they managed to make him comedic, look at kiawe, he was serious the first five episodes, but then he got put into the this comedic fill too.

And just because it acts comedic in a anime made for comedy doesn't mean it has any lower chance of evolving.
Pokken literally showed a random Decidueye blushing over it's victory. And even gave us a comedic but confedent look.
I'm speaking for both My barabros and the owls, let's pleas stop this meme and get along better.

No seriously, i've managed to overcome my fear of looking at it both ways. I find it unfair that people poke on rowlet for being comedic, when my four legged friend is doing the exact same thing. Just simply watch the anime from the being again. But this time be more open minded. Litten is going to be a awesome incineraor, but the owl shouldn't be left behind or looked at as a joke just because it's cute. And episode 16, and 18 are the reasons why people are missled to believe this. Seriously I've seen it all.

See like I said before baras aren't the ones to blame for all this starter war stuff. It's just those stupid third party people who over and over try to make us go at each others necks, by making bait treads or just spamming memes to trigger one side, just so they go after the other. The ultimate baiters and both sides have been falling for it. They used both sides to get people to post more on /VP/.

I believe moral to this is that, keep away from bait and try to stay away from headcanon. And don't judge a book by the first season. And look closer at every thing else and don't focus on one thing.
