How viable would an auto-gravity mon be?
>>32960829
that'd be pretty good
shit like zap cannon would probably see a little usage
>>32960829
Better No Guard, then?
>>32960829
Ground type and it's broken.
>>32960829
Depending on how good it is it might be what finally gets Landorus-T banned.
>>32960829
Pretty easy to gauge with Thousand Arrows' prominence. Could make a pokemon with shit stats stand out where it otherwise wouldn't have.
>>32960829
It'd be powerful as fuck if it had moves to abuse it.
Otherwise, it'd need an item to extend it to help the rest of the team. Likewise, Gravity Inferno would be busted.
>>32960829
Very. That's effectively the ground type weather if that makes sense. Makes ground spam really powerful for the whole team.
>>32960829
It'll help out flying-type Pokémon.
>>32960829
If palkia got it, hydro pump and spacial rend would have perfect accuracy. Not so important on the dragon move, but would be quite interesting for the water STAB. I'd like to see what partners benefit most from it in doubles.
>>32961797
>makes them vulnerable to ground-type moves
>helping them
>>32960829
In doubles with hypnosis becomes... problematic.
>>32960829
>fast physical ground type with auto-gravity
>>32961942
well if palkia got it nobody would care because dialga got auto-trick room
>>32962012
Run them both along with min speed P-Groudon for high accurate and unimmune precipice blades
>>32962042
well there's a good chance it would only be the primal forms that'd get it so you wouldn't be able to run'm along primal groudon
>>32962012
Auto trick room dialga is amazing in comparison, not gonna hide it, but auto gravity palkia has perks such as accurate hydro pump, focus blast, fire blast, any strong move it wants, really.
Since every team would run a dialga to either set trick room or cancel the opponent's trickroom, you might as well also run palkia as wallbreaker while you're at it.
Look at how much of a Monster Thousand Arrows made Zygarde.
Make it a Fire/Electric type with Zap Canon and Inferno and you've got a real monster.
>>32962057
But you can run as many Primals as you want on a team, silly. Only thing that can stop you is the Species clause.
Not to mention the fact that they specifically stated that Primal Reversion only works for Groudon and Kyogre, so whatever Dialga and Palkia get that works almost exactly like Mega Evolution would need yet another new name.
>>32962057
You realize you can run Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre on the same team right?
>Stone Miss finally hits
90% chance none of its attacks would make use of the ability, and its BST would be under 500
Relegated to being called a gimmickmon for its debut generation
>>32964864
Yeah, pretty much that.
>>32962142
>zap cannon
I always wondered what would happen if GF believes magnet pull is underpowered and makes it act like a no guard for electric and steel type moves
>>32961125
If it was Mega Torterra it would be OHKO anyway.
