Pokemon in TCG has different Levels so attacks can have random damage.

Every pokemon on field are now Confused (after doing damage).
Space Pokemon get:

Psychic Special 10pp Priority
Works like Fake out
Does 30 damage and confuses the foe.
Mister Mime gets Wonderwall ability that protects it from all attacks that do over 50 basic damage.

Quite a few gen 2 moves were from the TCG, including Destiny Bond and Flail. They stopped after that, but a handful of attacks coincidentally had the same name due to the sheer amount the TCG has (Will-o-Wisp and Payback, for example).
