Gale wings (gen 6 mechanics). With 120 atk brave bird would hit so hard that only maybe fully defensive ferrothorn and similarly bulky steel types could switch into it. Lele if psychic terrain is up too, I guess.

It doesn't care about rocks as much as talonflame and while it lacks the speed, priority bb and roost do enough for it.
