Because that's the necessary framework to have this discussion. No Godzilla attack has ever shown the capability to kill a Pokémon. Godzilla-like attacks generally only make Pokémon faint. Either each other's attacks are deadly, or they're not. You can't say "Godzilla can kill Pokémon but Pokémon can never kill Godzilla."

Kyogre and Groudon alone would have wiped out humanity a lot faster than Godzilla could have if they were left to their own devices. The biggest feat Godzilla has really had in any of the live action movies is blowing up the planet smashing meteor in Final Wars... something Mega Rayquaza does.

I pulled that from Stephen Hawking, as I said. I'm not a physicist or anything, so I don't know if he's right or not, but I'd say he's pretty trustworthy. He says they radiate their energy away as "Hawking radiation" and eventually just dissipate, and the smaller or less massive the black hole is, the faster it dies. One as massive as a typical car, for example, would vanish in a nanosecond.
