The writers of Death Battle have admitted their Charizard Vs. Greymon episode was heavily biased in favor of Charizard, using a super composite of every major character's Charizard with every move and ability it can theoretically have, while their Greymon was only scratching the surface, and Greymon still won.
I can't imagine Lucario winning unless this battle has a "no evolution" clause on both sides.

But if I'm recalling correctly Renamon is a Champion level. Digimon don't get into the absurdly powerful until they reach Ultimate.

I recall doing the math last time that the Digimon evolution is significantly more potent than Pokemon evolution.

Pokemon for the most part evolve twice to get 2x as powerful as they are initially.

Digimon grow 10x as powerful as the previous form with each evolution.
