Mt. Coronet is are the marker for Shellos line, imagine Hokkaido, the real-life region of Japan Sinnoh is based off of, at the center of a world map

Only East Gastrodon appears in Kalos because France would be on the east side of the map, and only West Gastrodon appears in Alola because Hawaii would be on the west side
