fake out is honestly still solid
HJK and return are mandatory, as is ice punch for lando/zyagrde (though I ran naive with ice beam for the memes); the option I like most for the last slot is power up punch, but, again, fake out is still fine for busting mimikyu and other things. Healing wish sounds good on paper, but lopunny is good enough that it always feels like a wasted slot, because it kills lop. Substitute is nice. Quick attack isn't great i m o.

Thunder punch would be good for Toxapex but you need electric terrian to 2HKO it, then the fake out cheap damage is better to break sashes and guarantee kills.

I'd say Fake Out is still great, considering Mega-Lopunny both gets STAB and it can hit Ghost-types with Scrappy.

Why is splash your only problem with that set anon? Did you just not notice the 252 EVs into special attack? Or the choice to make Bounce the only offensive move?

Depends if Singles or Doubles; Fake Out is still very good on Doubles.
