This is a beach where there is a Tropius variant that grows weed on its neck. Everyone is happy, Pokemon battles are not popular, but humans and Pokemon chill together.

One of the main ports into the region where ships are constantly moving goods in and out of the city each day. The gym leader allows his many Lanturn to rest in the bay each night in order to light up the area and give ships a safe voyage. Despite the city's utility of transportation, Team Rocket have unfortunately been able to smuggle multitudes of prostitutes and cocaine into the city by greasing the palms of the dock workers.
