It would probably be arenatrap that gets banned when they decide to test this again. It was brought up a lot during the duggy suspect that it was the that ability was the problem. And it would be more consistent with the shadowtag ban that is already in place.
Anyway stall would become a lot worse.
Stall currently can't wall the entire metagame because there are too many crazy wallbreakers, which is why they use trappers like duggy in the first place. Stall would probably try using pursuit trappers like Weavile and Ttar, but they aren't as effective because of the 50-50s that pursuit causes.

They should just ban M-Sableye so these teams become once again vulnerable to passive pressure from stuff like Taunt, Leech Seed and hazards. This thing straight up invalidates a bunch of mons on most well made teams and effectively make the battle a 4/5v6 one.
