Playing Omega Ruby, just got my first Pokerus pokemon. What do?

To spread it you need to have it in your party next to some others and enter a battle or two. Just make sure that it's not in the party whenever it rolls over midnight, whether the game is on or not.

I have literally never in my life ever seen Pokerus in any of my games. I'm convinced it doesn't exist and is a memetic, self-perpetuating lie.

I found three different Pokerus Pokemon in three seperate games. All of those games were played on an emulator.
