This is cute and sweet anon. I think easiest way to trade is to add each other in friends on Ur ds then go into omega ruby or alpha sapphire go online and you should see Ur buddy online and can trade with them

I know that feeling all too well. One of the first Pokemon movies I watched was Pokemon Heroes, and it was one of the things that made Latios my favorite Legendary. Later, one of my closest friends got me a Latios card which I still have somewhere hiding in my place.

As for trading, you open your PSS, click the Internet button and wait until you see my character in the Friends Row. My in-game name is Nova. You click my character and one of the things you can do is offer a trade.

I know that feeling of not wanting to train up a special Pokemon. But when I do train them, I have a lot of fun using them and transferring them from game to game. My favorite thing to do is collect Ribbons for my Mystery Gift Pokemon.

& no, everything's fine, I was referring to the Old Man from X&Y in the city with the Sundial that is implied to be dead when you return to him after leaving a "young" Pokémon with them, a companion to keep you company as you move on~ (>TmT<) He leaves you a Comet Shard when you return to his house... & since Jirachi's a Comet it just fits* I think it came with one in an event once, as well.
