For those who don't understand, OP is doing what's known as RNG Abuse. The spreadsheet open in the background are a list of possible IVs for eggs that he can obtain, depending on what time he started the game and what "frame" he's on.

The smaller window is a timing tool used to time when to launch your game in order to hit a seed that will have the certain outcome he wants for the egg.

In English, he's manipulating the game's RNG in order to get perfect Pokemon, instead of just injecting it :^)
