No problem. I wouldn't feel too bad, though. I spent a decent chunk of Sun and Moon opening with Dragon Dance turn 1 on bosses and stuff like Totem Pokemon debuffs, Intimidate or Kahili's Mandibuzz knowing Punishment always made it too risky to set up. And this was with a Gyarados.
