SM18 was a filler about the group looking for ingredients but it was made important because Bounsweet evolved for whatever fucking reason

SM20 ranks 2nd on the list of worst offenders as it was a completely pointless Ash and Pikachu's "bonding" episode that was only seen as not filler because Tapu Lele was dancing around on the island for some fucking reason

The #1 real worst offender is the fatfuck episode that has him getting gifted a Charjabug that he doesn't even use. Holy shit. It was literally Matsui saying "please care about this obese faggot"

Or Lillie's episode that barely even focused on her at all only not being labeled filler because "b-but she can touch Pikachu"

The Olivia episode also suffers from this. There wasn't even a plot or an overall story going on. It was just "hey Olivia's here" but Matsui conveniently made her appear at the beginning to trap people.

Now we get this episode where it was supposed to be about Lana but wasn't, just another dumb filler...oh fuck it's not anymore cuz Lillie can ride Pokémon now guys, oh and Lana has a Z-Ring now, suck it Ash.

SM is absolute cancer.

The episode began with Ash and co. Meeting Shota who was just denied a gym battle because of the fashion show. Him and Ash then proceeded to have a rival battle and then Shota got his gym battle at the end of the fashion show which celebrates Pokémon battles at the end. It was a very standard rival debut episode where we got his introduction, display of power, as well as display of power by Valerie.

Comparing it to Olivia's is like comparing apples to oranges. Olivia got introduced, then they got on a boat toward Akala, and that was it. Olivia didn't even display her power, unless Lycanroc slapping away big lips was supposed to be it, because then we can say that it was total shit and she is not to be taken as a threat seeing how both Kiawe and Gladion have already kicked her ass

Bonnie was written like a cute little girl. The problem with Max is aside from his personality, the writers didn't know what to do with him half the time. They largely just treated him like a second Brock or had him fiddle with the Pokenav in the background outside of the few eps they gave him.

On top of that, there really aren't that many May/Max sibling eps as you would think. There were the various episodes May hugged Max or they comforted each other, but the writers barely treated them like siblings half the time.

All of his Pokemon are more then likely going to have 1 specific Z-Move to each of them.
Pikachu has 10M Volt, a special move that only it can used since the move was developed for it. Litten will likely get Malicious Moonsault, Rockruff is getting Continental Crash, and Rowlet might get Supersonic Skystrike since out of all of Ashs Pokemon it appears to be one who will likely not evolve, but given how Rowlets legs are super powerful it might only use Normalium.

With Lana getting Waterium, Ash is probably not getting a Water Type unless it's part water like Wimipod.
Kaki has Firium, Ash could possibly get it for Litten but if he does it'll likely change into Inciniroarium similar to the Electrium turning into AshPikachuium.
Lillie could get a Z-Ring and if she does it's going to be Icium.
Sophocles will get Steelium or Electrium for Togedemaru.
And Mallow could get Grassium, but she's the one I'm most uncertain about in terms of getting a Z-Ring.
Team Rocket has Darkium.
Guzma will have Bugium.
Plumeria will have Poisonium.

Nanu, Hapu, and Acelora will all have their Z-Moves as well. That is if USM keeps all the same Kahunas and Captains.
