Just talking TMs that nearly everything learns here, Adaptability Hidden Power Ghost would still hit as hard as Gengar's Shadow Ball and Round would be equally powerful. Add in Substitute for scouting purposes and Return/Frustration/Toxic for fucking with Special walls and it could still do decently; being a fully evolved Pokemon, Z-Hyper Beam could be an option for wallbreaking as well. That'd be really contrived and strange for a doll-based Pokemon, given what, say, Banette can learn. The easier thing to do is just lower its stats. 100/70/100/130/90/120 is too bulky for something so fast and powerful, a spread like 60/85/70/120/60/120 gives you a much more reasonable BST of 515 while still being fast and strong enough to function well. The Normal/Fairy one could be 85/60/120/70/120/60 to match, and maybe replace Adaptability or Prankster with Triage or something.
