literally going around town today to kick out the valor pokemon from their cells. they've been there for atleast a week now and no one is bothered to fight them and now i feel bad for their coin lacking.

They added plenty of new stops with the raid update. I see 4 more at the mall. At least 20 more downtown.

Those boss raids will become pretty dull soon if not already with most boss mons. However it's pretty nice for the people you meet. Just went out to defeat a Rhydon together with about 12 people. We're all in one whatsapp group reporting the happenings and other pogo related shit.
I'm still surprised about the different ages playing here too. From young teens to some business guy or even an old lady. There's also a bunch of neets not surprisingly.

There is in my town but its a bunch of parents that use their children as excuses to play and also plenty of neets. Some friends still play but not nearly as much as I do so I usually don't bring it up.

However, there was a Ttar raid at Starbucks once and was able to join a few high schoolers who had been there waiting for the egg to hatch. Didnt beat it but it was really fun working as a group.

Yeah I got a dad playing together with his young sons too. Apparently the kids wanted to play first but eventually they got bored for a moment, so he took over their account but now they join together with him again. Dad definitely plays at night too with other Instinct players dominating this town. But stories like this are fun to hear about.

I know a good friend of mine play too, but I'm not sure how active he still is. Another college buddy used to spoof when the game was just out, but was banned in one of the first ban waves. Now they got a new account but plays fair.

He means the CP is as high as it will go. You can tell by the point on the arc above/behind the Pokemon, which is essentially a progress bar for a Pokemon's CP. Because the point is at the furthest right of the arc, we know the Pokemon are maxed out.

That's not even a big deal. Dragonite sucks now. The pure-STAB meta is gone with the slight nerf to it as well as stronger damage bonus for weaknesses (1.4x opposed to the old 1.25x), and with a 4x weakness that is reasonably common, there's no reason for it to be sitting in gyms anymore.

Just grind. Put your favorite <3k CP 'mons in gyms and let the system do the rest.

Gyms are incredibly fucking easy to take down nowadays. Each time you take a Pokemon down it's CP drops making it easier next time. Only issue with gyms is that Niantic have a glitch due to poor programming skills where you cannot battle.

So I've downloaded the IV Go app.

I turn off the game whenever I want to have IV Go check my pokemon. I never have it actively refresh or constantly checking.

Is this the right way to avoid getting shadow banned or flagged? This app is downright amazing at blazing through all the Pokemon I caught to see what's trash and what's worth powering up.
