I've got 4 shiny Eevee that I want to evolve. Throw in your two cents.
I've already got Shiny Espeon so I won't double up on it.
I'll definitely get a shiny Umbreon and I definitely won't evolve one into shiny Flareon.
Here are the options:
Vaporeon/Sylveon/Glaceon/Leafeon/Jolteon.

I was thinking the Modest would be Glaceon.
I like Glaceon and I can use it in gen 4 which where I caught them

I mean, shiny Espeon, Umbreon, Vaporeon and Sylveon are the most different from their normal counterparts, and you have Espeon and have decided on Umbreon, so I'd say Vaporeon and Sylveon, and maybe Glaceon or Jolteon because shiny Flareon and Leafeon are barely different than normal.

My thoughts too but I don't think jolteon is any good and vaporeon is just purple. Sylveons shiny is kinda meh gimme as well, just doesn't feel right to me

Sylveon is the best shiny eevee evolution by far. Umbreon second.
