Grass is still a trash tier typing, the only type that can be considered worse is Ice, and even then, Ice Pokemon would be killer if we had more success stories like Weavile, Grass is just bad all around.

Buzzwole is so THICC that it can switch into almost every physical attacker in the tier with impunity and start Sub Punching, setting up with Bulk Up, or wallbreaking with Choice Band/Life Orb/Z-moves.
It can even run a fat, specially defensive set that can do dumb shit like eat a Psychic from Soul Dew Latias.
The council decided not to ban it but people can already tell that was a huge mistake.

Xurkitree shits on stall and balance teams, it's basically the gen 6 Manaphy of gen 7 UU. Gigavolt Havoc one shots Blissey after one Tail Glow.
It's heavily flawed against offense teams so it might not end up getting banned but who knows.

They've brought Weavile back down from BL to see if it's banworthy or not. It's not as crazy as it was before but that's probably only because of Buzzwole.

Mega Swampert, Beedrill, and Pidgeot are finally back and they're all still extremely good. Pidgeot probably isn't going to get banned this time because of the confusion nerf.

It's a nuke that also happens to resist Thousand Arrows. Grassy Terrain Wood Hammer has the same base power as V-Create, and Bloom Doom is over 50% stronger than that. At +2 most things not named Skarmory or Mega Venusaur die horribly.

An excellent pivot with blazing fast speed. Held back from true greatness because its non-Electric moves are generally relatively weak.

A great breaker with a priority immunity. However, it's kinda frail and is very reliant on Choice items, which presents a bit of a problem when there's Dark types around to eat up its terrain-boosted Psychic STAB. Moonblast is great, don't misunderstand, but it doesn't have the power to clean up as well as Lele's Psychic moves. Plus Steels in general give Lele headaches.

I said this months ago and I'm gonna continue to say it: this and Koko or this and Lele were going to be the best Tapus. The moment I saw Grassy Surge, its stats and movepool, I knew what I was dealing with, similar to Mimikyu
