Can be pretty good, but a lot of people just use it as an excuse to draw sexy girls in Pokemon themed outfits as seen in the OP and >>32884345.
Someone's gonna post the big set of really nice gijinkas by Dunesand in a few posts and everyone's gonna jack off to them, and it's well deserved, but it just goes to show how people have been doing these since the series started and only recently have there actually been designs more than waifu/bishie in colorful clothing.
