Yeah, now it looks better, at least now i can feel a more of a change between evo and preevo, though i'm confused why you're still going for this classic 2 legged dragon type shape when we have already so many such as dragonair, haxorus, druddigon, goodra, etc. instead of going for a more unique look for your fakemon, a good example of a fairy dragon would be the faerie dragon from Wacraft 3, something unique and weird looking, but secretly scary.
