Again. Johto is not getting anything beyond the GS VC releases, and that's just to complement RBY. Crystal is simply not worth the effort porting to VC because it's the lowest selling Pokémon game ever. Even Dash sold more.

Red and Blue are both from Generation I and II, playing a significant role in both.

The real reason is because the Japanese version needed a cellphone system for the Battle Tower and Celebi. They could had done the same thing that the International versions did with the system and unlock everything.
