It sucks that the -eons have kinda crappy movepools. I'd let eevee learn a move from each of it's evo's types, so that they have some sort of coverage. Discharge, Scald, Energy Ball, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Psychic, Dark Pulse, and Dazzling Gleam.

Trick is to get it in on something like a Rotom-W, bulky status users, choice-locked immunities like Ground or Dragon post-Mega evolving. Most of the time, once you drop the Sub against the opponent it's an insta-forfeit. Outspeeds base 135s at +1.

You pair it with a Magnezone to get ride of Skarm, Ferro, Scizor, etc.

It's also the best way to cockblock weather teams. Almost every weather sweeper is Adamant or Modest and gets outsped by Jolly Altaria. Kingdra gets bopped by Return, Excadrill and Kabutops get nipped by EQ (although I believe you miss the OHKO on these two if they're at 100% HP, you need at least Rocks up), M-Swampert is harder to get past but if they're running a weather-reliant Mega, they have team matchup advantage anyway.

This was my gen VI set, I removed all the STAB moves since this was initially used as a surprise revenge killer on ferros garchomps landos etc, also with its special bulk it can fight keldeos with tbolt. I should probably add Dark pulse for Lele. I don't think I need rock coverage for anything that my team doesn't have
