I am not an artist so here is a poorly photoshopped Bellsprout variant. They adapted to lure prey with bioluminescence and hypnotic patterns rather than scent, so they're Grass/Psychic. Their hidden ability is Flytrap, which is basically Sap Sipper for Bug type moves.

How about a Grass/Electric Carnivine with the teeth forming a bug zapper?
