Yes. Just take the typical complaints about fairies and reword them so they work for dark types:

Nah, dark types are better physical. There are better utilities for them while still hitting hard like sucker punch and knock off. Special just has dark pulse. They also have snarl I guess, but it have low power

You're underestimating the power of dark pulse flinches, it's literally a game changer.
But yeah, knock off, pursuit and sucker punch (even after nerf) are some of the best moves in the game.
