Unless you're picking specific needed KOs with the latter I'll take that 100% accuracy over those extra 10BP anytime.

But singles babbies who run 252/252/4 spreads on basically anything probably don't even bother with this.

You only use High Jump Kick if:

- The Pokemon can't learn Close Combat
- The Pokemon has Reckless

Otherwise, Close Combat is the better move
