Honestly Ultra because in theory, like with BW2, they can assume players played the first game and make it a lot harder, and it's easy to add lots of new content since all of the work for the engine and most of the geography for Alola is already done.
Meanwhile Switch will without a doubt be another mind-numbingly simple, unfinished piece of trash like XY and SM, so at least there's a slight chance USM will be good.
