Dragon Dance makes you faster so you can flinch everything with Dark Pulse. If that's not strong enough, use Ancient Power until you get some more stat boosts. Don't worry about running out of PP - that's why he's holding a Leppa Berry! If you run into a Chansey or something with a lot of Special Defense, just keep using Power-Up Punch. They probably won't Toxic you or anything like that.

Use Unnerve instead of Sand Stream so that the sandstorm doesn't hurt the rest of your team. You wouldn't want to knock out your Fury Cutter Venusaur before it gets set up! Give it a Quiet nature to make its Dark Pulses even stronger, then give it lots of Speed EVs to make up for its nature lowering its Speed. Finally, put the rest of its EVs into HP - Ancient Power sadly can't boost his HP stat, so you'll have to max it out yourself.

Hone Claws allows you to boost your accuracy and your attack at the same time, allowing Dynamic Punch and Rock Tomb to hit without fail with enough setup. Speed is fully invested to outspeed offensive threats such as Ferrothorn and Celesteela holding Iron Ball. Finally, Thief is to mess with enemy walls and steal their Leftovers or other items after your Mega Stone is used up.

I wouldn't say it's very Verlisify-ish because it's probably the best set Delibird could run (aside from some sort of suicide hazard lead maybe? it does get spikes and destiny bond). A lot of the Verlisify sets in >>32844992 seem to fall into one of two categories:

1: Sets that seem to consist of random moves and items thrown together with no synergy or clear purpose (such as the Pidgeot; why is it carrying a Life Orb when it only has two attacks? Why doesn't it have any Flying STAB? What exactly does Feather Dance achieve?)
2: Sets that have a clear purpose, but tend to fail horribly in practice because they're not really suited to their user's typing/stats (such as a defensive Aurorus, who has a shitton of weaknesses to common types, or a special attacking Furfrou with that monstrous 65 Sp. Atk stat) or have some easily exploitable weakness (Omanyte is complete Taunt bait and has no recovery, and Blastoise can't touch Ghost-types).

Most of them seem more like sets that would be used by random Battle Tree opponents than actual players.

Tapu Fini's got the special bulk to be an excellent setup sweeper, especially with Misty Terrain protecting it from Toxic, but its lack of recovery poses a problem for it. Fortunately it does learn Haze, and when powered up with a Z-Crystal, it'll allow it to heal itself fully. This provides it the longevity it needs and once it sets up a few CMs and then tops its HP off with a Z-move, it's very difficult to break through.
