Honestly, not sure. It's definitely far higher than Infernape. I would say it's also stronger than Snorlax, at least. Mega Evolution and "Bond" Evolution give a HUGE boost to a Pokemon's power in the anime.

I don't know how it would fare against Ash's Zard, especially after he competed his training. It was strong in BW2, and being a Zard, it probably just got even stronger by having its dick sucked. So not sure there. I'd put them on the same level. If the Zard could Mega Evolve, it would definitely be outclassed, but for now, I'd call them even.
