This is somewhat on topic as two of those Pokemon can learn it, but is there any benefit of having white herb over Normalium Z for a Shell Smasher? It seems like Z Shell Smash is better in every way unless I'm missing something.

White Herb at this point is completely outclassed by Normalium
until it's discontinued in gen8
