I think Sableye was tested alongside something else I forget. It was later banned though, at the very end of ORAS. They need to test about 5 stall pokemon in a row, chansey, mega sableye etc. until stall stops being unstoppable.

It wasn't a ban though. I said why doesn't smogon ever ban any stall pokemon. Also I never saw any pyukumuku or shedinja stall teams when I looked at the top players stall teams. And when I look at the thread for the reasoning behind the baton pass ban, they don't mention anything about stall or shedinja, they bring up Necrozma and Magearna. Stall had nothing to do with the baton pass ban.
