While this is true and what i expect because of GF's laziness, the fact they were willing to break backwards compatibility with 6th gen by adding new megas and moves to ORAS only does suggest that some time in the future GF might be willing to add new pokemon mid gen, even if it's something small like they don't include the second game mythical with the first game so it can be datamined.
