Sure but since you are basically obligated to switch the taunter in on the boost then a good player will just predict and sing on the switch then boost and pass. If you mispredict on their boost/sing you're pretty boned and it's basically just a 50/50. The real way to reliably beat evopass I think is to just have more than one focus sash attacker or a strong enough choice scarfer that can outspeed Eevee after tailwind and switch it in after their lead dies although if they use memento instead of explosion that kind of fucks it up.

You'd need something that is both fast enough to outspeed it at +2, while also being able to one-shot it at +2 in both defenses, also pretty easy to assume its 252 HP and SPD
