There's a few manga series based off the games. Most notably Pokespe, which changes a few characters' personalities and goes through every game, even the remakes. There's also Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Adventure which only follows the Sinnoh games and makes Lucas into a less serious protagonist.

I read Pokespe, it just reminds me of late 90s/early 00s shounen manga aimed specifically at children most of the time. The art doesn't help, I guess. I like it but I can't say it's what I have in mind.

Alright, lads. Alola gets greenlit for 3 Generations episodes. What would make a story for each episode?

I'd like them to show us Gladion leaving Aether. We saw how Lillie managed it, and the game told us that Wicke and Kukui helped her, but I'd like to see how Gladion did it, because I get the impression he left without any help at all.

I'd also like to see them take on the Altar/portal/Ultra Space just for the lovely scenery. Even if we just got a glimpse of merged-Lusamine, it'd be worth it for how they would draw the Ultra Space.

Because who would watch ashnime if a normal one existed? Hell they already should be ashamed generations ended up better even with unova episodes being utter crap and dragging it down (although ashnime takes on gen 5 were awful as well, you just can't do anything good from shit)
