"Fluffy" style eevee

Do yourself a favour a take art classes, it looks like a drawing a little kid in a horror movie would make.
Not even trying to be mean, but it's terrible, that's not fluffy, it's a scribble.

With that shading and the red background it comes off more as creepy than cute.

Art classes do a bad job of teaching techniques imo

In most cases it's better to just study the techniques yourself and practice them on your own
