The Underground location/coordinates translate to a position on the overworld map. I forget exactly which spot drops you off there, but I think it was like Mt. Coronet or something.

The underground was probably one of the best features of DP/PT for my brothers and I. We would set traps for one another, decorate our bases, play capture the flag, and mine for fossils together. Good times when you had others to do stuff in the underground with.
