yes, he is crying (inside) because they planned 3 sun and moon games. and now they skip the 3rd one (eclipse) in favour of the switch one. leading to another rushed game on the switch. well done fandom. well done.

first they do the misstake and skip the enhanced XY game in order to have a new gen at the 20th anniversary, I see the irony. so much wasted story potencial that might allready been written and well thought through. at least they can add those extra stories when they do the remakes in 15 years.
