Not really. Most of the time in gameplay I can see my player character. I like customizing it to how I look. What's the ET do again? You should have a massive warehouse room that acts like a shipping area. They're industrial right? So build the base like you would a factory with a shipping center, distribution center, mailing room, break room, and offices.

I'd advise against the teleporters since it seems weird but maybe you could have a conveyor belt puzzle instead in a shipping area?

Remember the Fuego IronWorks and the Team Rocket Sevii Island base? Maybe something of that scale for a warehouse and that be the "gauntlet" you experience instead of the tight hallways? Seems like most of the more recent ET bases have been linear and compact and that takes away from the scale of everything.

It's their headquarters right? It should reflect the amount of resources that they have. You can go a long way to increase the players perception of them with how their base is portrayed.

Hell, maybe Erion's lab is on a platform that gets elevated when Erion admin is putting on the finishing touches and it gets raised into a massive auditorium filled to the gills with grunts who will watch the Aurum leadership turn Erion on?

Can the player buy a case for their pokedex? To protect from spills and whatnot.
