Hi /vp/,
My son has convinced me to play Pokémon with him. Are there any decent YouTubers with actual informative videos about Pokémon battling and training, attack damage calculations, breeding %'s etc.?
I've seen some silly and even cringy videos like a 'versilfy' channel and wouldn't mind some knowledge on the go-to channels or even communities/websites etc.
I've browsed the business board here a few times as I'm a financial economist, numbers and stats videos would be preferred.
The game is Pokémon Sun and Moon, I played Yellow briefly in university when it was very first released?
Thanks :)
first off if you're new to the game i wouldn't take anyone's advice here because most of them are total shit. that said....
https://www.youtube.com/user/pokeaimMD - this dude for smart battling tactics. teambuilding you have to figure out yourself but you can probably learn calcs from him too. i play on sim so i cant say anything about breeding sources, but its easy to understand with a quick google search
don't trust 4chan for anything

>Decent YouTube channels
There's an oxymoron

Thanks I can see some moveset guides and playthroughs. Thanks mate!

This. PokeaimMD is the best channel. Joey thinks 20 steps ahead, plans for every situation, and adapts on the spot. He literally has Foresight.
As for breeding, I don't know if this image is up to date, but it should be easy to search up any questions, plus /vp/

Smogon University's forums. IV's EV's training/breeding/injecting
theres your stats banker & stop helping them fire old people oh and all metrics are as valid as Wells Fargo.
The Bible has better tactics than your commie book, I promise!

And for just 'fun' playthroughs, I'd suggest shofu, TheKingNappy, and PokeaimMD. You can easily learn a lot by playing alongside these guys playing.

Hah! I concur, most of Kaufman's interpretations are sceptical at best although a few work colleagues said it was a time killer.
Thank you so much for the useful info mate :)

(((Kaufmen's Interpretation))). This is just the rationalization part. The actual ideology is hidden behind that rationalization. I like how you see that it divides your colleagues (to later conquer if needed or if RIF's are active).
Better to look around at everything and ask: "As a whole are we (customers, individuals, groups, janitors, communities we're established in) thriving & have we done what we can to ensure that we will continue for the next 300/400/20000 years?"
