I'd suggest waiting a bit to see if Ultra Sun/Moon are worth it. If so, grab them. Otherwise, if you don't mind cutscenes (including cases where it fades to black as if for a cutscene, then has one or two lines of text, then ends the cutscene, and it can be triggered over and over again by trying to enter an area too early) or a long tutorial, Moon. Otherwise, I'd say Alpha Sapphire
Moon is good but god those cut scenes. It also goes about 20% slower on an O3DS so fair warning there
