As sad as it sounds, /vp/ is a better place for Pokemon discussion than Bulbagarden. In Bulbagarden you can't freely express what. you think, because if you are not a politically correct ass licker, you get banned.

/vp/ is full of people that will insult you.for no reason, and be impolite for no reason. But between all the.insults, ypu will actually learn something, and you.can have a passionate discussion of which games.is better, or which starter is better, etc. So you cam have a fulfilling argument, with counterarguments, etc.

On Bulbagarden you have to be politically correct and.respect every opinion, regardless ot how wrong or brainless it might be. You can't really have a fulfilling discussion because in the end a mod will tell you nobody is right because opinions are never right, etc. It defeats the very purpose of discussion.

Hm... Maybe it was a wrong choice of words? The pic don't show the context of the discussion. Some people try to apply real standards for Pokemon characters for the games while I think the ages are not realistic. But of course, I always visualize the characters as being 18+ as many adults are aimed to represent the players and no 10 years old travel alone, even in a fantasy world.

I particularly think it's weird adults watching and writting Pokemon fics for the anime that's very childish. Especially NSFS. But it's just my opinion.
